For Trainers:

Q: What information do I need to provide when I sign up?

A: You will need to provide your credit card information and create your login credentials to begin your $50/month subscription.

Q: How do I invite clients to see their dog's training logs and media? What is the "pack code"?

A: After subscribing, access the "MyPack" area. In "Settings," name your pack and generate a unique code. Share this code with your client for them to enter in their "Link Pack" area. Once connected, you can share logs and media.

Q: Where do I upload logs and media for my clients?

A: Once a client links their account, they will appear in your "MyPack" members list. You can then upload training logs and media directly for their dog from there.

Q: What happens to the information and media I upload? Who owns it?

A: You, the trainer, retain full rights to all uploaded content. We may access it for security but will not use it otherwise.

Q: Who can see the training data I upload?

A: Only the linked client, you (the trainer), and Dogress (for security). If a client links with a new trainer, that trainer will also see past data.

Q: Is there a cost to use this platform?

A: Yes, a $50 per month subscription is required for trainers. Clients can view shared information for free.

Q: Who should I contact if I have questions or need support?

A: Please use the contact form on our website. We will respond as soon as possible.

Q: What if a client changes trainers? Will the new trainer see my past logs?

A: Yes, all logs and media are associated with the client's profile and will be visible to any trainer they link with.

Q: What types of files can I upload for media?

A: JPG, PNG, GIF, JPEG for images; AVI, MP4, MOV for videos.

For Clients:

Q: What information will I be able to see about my dog's training?

A: You will be able to view training logs and any pictures or videos uploaded by your trainer. The content is determined by your trainer.

Q: Can I upload my own photos or videos of my dog's training?

A: No, currently, only trainers have the ability to upload content.

Q: Who can see the training data and media related to my dog?

A: Only you, your linked trainer, and Dogress (for security). If you link with a new trainer, they will also see past data.

Q: What if I forget my password? How can I reset it?

A: Use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. If you still need help, contact us via the contact form.

Q: Is there a cost for me to use this platform as a client?

A: No, client access is free.

Q: Who should I contact if I have questions or need support?

A: First, contact your trainer. If further assistance is needed, both you and your trainer can use our contact form.

Q: What happens to my dog's training logs and media if my trainer leaves the platform?

A: All data is saved under your dog's profile and will be accessible if you connect with a new trainer on the platform.
